Ready to get in the festive spirit? Well, Lidl just released the most Christmassy snack ever.

They've only gone and taken the best part of a cheeseboard and thrown it into a packet of crisps. Introducing their Baked Camembert and Hot Honey Crisps.

The new flavour was spotted at the budget supermarket a couple of weeks ago, as per food blog New Foods UK.

Over on Facebook, the crisps picked up 4,600 comments, 4,100 likes and over 200 shares.

"How good do these sound?!" said one person, tagging a mate.

While another asked a pal: "Can i just buy us each a bag of these instead of doing a full cheeseboard because they sound AMAZING."

"Ohhhh bet they are yummmmm," a third chimed in.

However, another was less convinced.

"Sounds lovely but I would far sooner have the real thing with a chunk of bread," they wrote. Why not have both, ay?

These crisps are a returning favourite on Lidl's Christmas roster, and there will be plenty of customers excited to see them return.

They're only available for a limited time over the holiday season, so we suggest grabbing a bag of 'em quick.

In other crisp related news, did you see that Pringles just brought back its Dill Pickle flavour?

Yup, pickle people, this is one for you. The flavour promises a “salty, tangy flavour experience with a touch of herbal dill.”

Apparently, it is the second most requested Pringles re-release ever, only topped by Pringles Honey Mustard.

Unfortunately for us UK Pringles fans, the flavour is only being released in the US at present, at select retailers.

Full deets on where you can find them in the UK (and the rather hefty price tag) here.

"From TikTok videos to fan requests, the nation’s dill pickle craving is undeniable — and Pringles always aims to satisfy the latest trending flavour craving,” said Pringles’ head of marketing, Mauricio Jenkins on the US release.

"With the return of Pringles Dill Pickle, we’re bringing joy to our die-hard fans and giving first-timers the chance to indulge in the fanfare while joining in on the pickle trend."
